| Next time you wander through the grocery store and ponder
a tuna salad skip the mayonnaise and dress it up with Prosperi Tomato
Ginger as a healthy alternative. Look for plain tuna in a can or pouch
packed with water as the best option for starting your salad.
2 – 6 ounce cans or pouches of tuna in water drained and
squeezed dry
½ cup diced red onion
½ cup diced celery
½ cup chopped tomato
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Prosperi Tomato Ginger
In a medium mixing bowl combine the drained tuna, red onion, celery,
tomato, and parsley. Toss with Prosperi Tomato Ginger dressing then
serve. Tuna is perfect on a bed of fresh greens, grilled toast,
or stuffed in a pita bread with extra sliced onions, crushed tomatoes,
and crisp bean sprouts.
