Prosperi Chopped Salad
A chopped salad is the perfect meal for those who love protein and need to work some veggies into their diet. This hearty and filling salad is an easy crowd pleaser packed with the flavor of Prosperi’s Caesar.

3 romaine lettuce hearts (sold in one package)
¾ cup of carrots
1 cucumber
1 medium red bell pepper
2 tomatoes
½ pound smoked turkey breast (ask of a single ½ inch piece from the deli counter)
½ pound honey cured ham (½ inch thick)
½ pound Swiss cheese (½ inch thick)
Prosperi Caesar

Place the romaine hearts on a cutting board and slice in half lengthwise to the root. Rotate and repeat cutting the head into quarters. Cut from the tip of the lettuce to the base into one inch ribbons. Repeat with each head then wash and dry in a salad spinner or a strainer. Dice the vegetables, deli meats, and cheese into ½ inch pieces. On individual plates or in a large bowl place the romaine lettuce. Top with the vegetables, meats, and cheese separately for a restaurant style look or together. Drizzle Prosperi Caesar dressing over the salad and serve.
