Giff’s Original Cranberry
Ginger Chutney Baked Brie |
1 Sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
½ cup Giff’s Original Cranberry Chutney
1 whole Brie (8 oz)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On lightly floured surface roll
dough, increasing size by 1/3. Spoon Giff’s Original
Cranberry Chutney on top of Brie. Place in center
of pastery.
2. Bring pastry up around Brie pinching tightly. Trim any excess
pastry.
3. Place on baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let rest 5 minutes. Serve with sliced baquette, crackers and red
& green grapes.
