Nurse Judy’s Weight Watcher Oatmeal:
• Have 1 cup of oatmeal (2 points) with 8 Awesome Almonds (2
points)
(The Awesome Almonds will add sweetness, flavor, crunch, fiber, calcium,
and vitamin E.)
• Enjoy another 8 Awesome Almonds (2 points) as a satisfying,
nutritious late afternoon snack.
Applesauce and Almonds:
Mix a half a cup of cinnamon-vanilla Awesome Almonds with chunky
apple sauce for a terrific wholesome dessert.
Cookie Tray Garnish:
Use Awesome Almonds as a garnish on home-made cookie trays. Nice
substitute for mints or chocolates.
